You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
2. Non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including:
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable.
- Opened, used, or tampered products (for hygiene and safety reasons).
- Gift cards (if applicable).
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear.
3. How to start a return
To initiate a return, contact us and include your order number and the reason for the return. If your return is approved, we’ll send return instructions.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unapproved returns may not be processed.
4. Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns.
5. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo/video of the issue
- The packaging label (if possible)
Once verified, we will offer an appropriate solution (replacement, store credit, or refund).
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Processing time can vary by bank/payment provider. Most refunds appear within 5–10 business days after approval.
